Thank you for your interest. I would be delighted to put my skills to work for your success.
How I work…
For technical, training and educational materials I use routinely use CAT tools (Trados Studio and MemoQ) as well as QA software to assure that your translation meets the highest standards. Once you have sent me the text that needs to be translated, I will read it and get back to you with an offer.
Academic, historical, journalistic, certain educational materials as well as book translations require a different approach.
What an offer looks like..
To prepare an offer, I need to be able to count the words or characters in your text. That normally means that I need a readable document, which I can feed into translation software. (MS Word does do word count, however, it is inaccurate for most technical materials.) Once I have the exact number of words in your document, I will give you an individual offer based on your source text alone.
The final price will depend on many factors: the timeline of the project, the length and the complexity of the text, the amount of research to prepare or update a terminology (if needed).
